***** 5 Stars - Small, quaint video rental place but they had a great selection. The (I believe) co-owner, Jennifer was there when we went in. She was the nicest person so far in Surf City! In a day where customer service is hard to come by, she excelled! Get your dvds from Topsail Island Video! Great customer service and good selection!
